Located in the South Eastern Suburbs of Victoria we work far and beyond our physical location, and if we are unable to help you in person on site, then we have alternative options through our online services to continue to help you on your journey.

The Unfolding Of Your Garden Space

To create anything in life you always need a plan or step by step process to help you along the way.
Just like following a recipe in the kitchen, developing, creating and building a garden also needs an idea of what it will look like, a list of ingredients and a method of how to go about bringing your garden to life and like a recipe we have our own.
We have crafted sets of individual processes to suit the intended service, allowing us to share the necessary information with you so you know what to expect when engaging with us at any point, but as many things in life there were certain steps that overlapped one another.

We find by having an understanding around what to expect when engaging in a service helps alleviate any questions you may have and gives you a clearer path when working with us.
The discovery stage is where we get to know a little bit more about yourself and what it is you need help with. This stage is primarily done over email in conjunction with one of our questionnaires.
In this stage we will also send you our personalised information brochure relating to the service you have selected, and once we have all the relevant information from you we will be able to provide you with a price.
This stage is completely complimentary and generally takes a little back forth with conversations before moving onto the next step.
Step Two
Once we’ve reviewed your questionnaire and you are happy with the rough estimate outlined, we begin our introduction stage.
This will happen one of two ways, in person or via video call, depending on where you are located. This stage is when we personally run through your questionnaire with you and follow up with any further questions either one of us may have.
Whether we are onsite or talking to you online we utilise one of our consultation options, which is based upon the details you have given us within your questionnaire.
From here we finalise any further details and are able to outline the next steps for you, whether it be a design proposal or finishing up your consultation.

From our introduction, the collaboration stage begins and our working relationship develops with our clients. You will be updated continuously along the way as each stage of your selected service unfolds.
You are also able to contact us at anytime during this process if any questions arise that we haven’t already addressed.
Now depending on where you want to head to next, this stage is generally for those wishing to continue with a service that involves working with us.
For those selecting one of our DIY programs and you wish to get a little help along the way, you can easily enlist one of our consultative services to compliment your DIY program.
