After moving into this third acre residence owners, Dianne & Bill, knew they wanted to make the property their own. Unsure of where to start, we walked through the property with Dianne & Bill and from there on we now had an understanding of what they needed and what the land around them needed from us as a landscaping company.
The primary factors to consider in this project were the number of friends and family coming and going, adequate room for Bill to work on his cars, a continual flow from the very front round to the back, but most importantly (as with all of our gardens) to create a tranquil and safe haven for not only our clients but also for our local flora and fauna.
We achieved this by implementing hard constructive elements where necessary and looked to recycling a number of different materials and existing plant species on site. As these plants were exotics we knew our design had to incorporate not only our much beloved Australian Natives but to choose specific native species that flowed effortlessly when planted amongst these existing exotics. All of the hard constructive elements either served as a direct purpose used day in day out or as a means to create a distinctive design element braking up a large area, serving either as a walk way or even a seat.
Once taking all of these needs into consideration we were able to design and build a garden that all walks of life can enjoy especially our clients as they walk around admiring each season that passes through their landscape.
