What Is Paying It Forward About
“Consults For Conservation”
Paying It Forward initiative was born from the wake of the third catastrophic Wildfire event seen throughout Victoria in under a 20year period. The magnitude of these fires has caused such devastation to our Environment, Communities and the loss of millions of our unique Wildlife. With the fear of these volatile wildfires occurring more frequently, many of our native animals and plant species will not be able to recover quick enough, leading them down the path of extinction.
Our first program within this initiative is Consults For Conservation, where we help you to give back, whilst also connecting with Mother Nature in your own home.

How You Can Give Back
If you’re looking to give back to our unique Wildlife and the Australian Environment, but it all seems too overwhelming, this is something small you can achieve with the help of us.
Below we have designed three different levels of consultations. Each level is set at a different price point and all include a variety of detail, based on the level / price point you choose.
These consults are designed to help you with a small space within your garden or overall health issue that you are facing and can’t quite seem to get right.
We will be releasing only 10 spots at a time, with a waitlist available for the next 10 spots.
All proceeds from these consultations will be donated to one of the three charities outlined under the consultation levels, which you get to choose from, and if you find that you would like to donate more then what is set out below by all means please do so.
Disclaimer
We like to be as transparent as we can and as a small landscaping business there is only so much we can offer.
Whilst all proceeds from the “Pay It Forward - Consults For Conservation” will be directly given to an organisation helping Australian Wildlife or Landscape Regeneration, any additional services will be priced individually and invoiced separately.
We have two organisations to choose from, where proceeds will be donated to, based on the support they provide within the community and their relevance to Wildlife Care and Landscape Regeneration.
Finally, all small garden spaces must be no more than 15 square meters in size, garden health and maintenance advice does not require a minimum space but must be limited to one topic i.e soil health, pruning, feeding, best planting and watering practices, etc.

Step One - Select which level best suits you and your gardens needs.
Step Two - We need a bit of information from you, one being a small downloadable questionnaire and the other a submission form, which are both found at the bottom of this page.
Step Three - Once we’ve received your forms we will be in contact with a confirmation email (and possibly some further questions) to let you know if we can help, along with an invoice outlining your chosen level or amount you wish to donate.
Step Four - Once payment has been received we get our hands dirty, going into the nitty gritty details of how to remedy whatever it is you need help with.

Once we’ve received your donation we will pass this on to your chosen non for-profit organisation.
A remittance advice slip will be emailed to you confirming your donation has been passed on.
If you have selected “Happy For My Name & Donation Amount Announced” we will include your name with ours when we submit the donation and announce it on our social media platforms.
If you wish to remain anonymous we will disclose the amount donated only.
At the end of a week or set of 10 consults (which ever comes first) we will post the donations given.

Purely Plants
Level One - Purely Plants - we cover what to plant where. You have a space in the garden that has completely stumped you. You’ve tried plants, but they didn’t work and you’re not sure what to do next.
This level will require a little investigations on your behalf with the help of us to uncover exactly what you environmental factors. From soil types, water holding capacities, sun / shade and wind exposure, plus more.
If you’re after a little more help with this level we recommend utilising our Plants To You service to help select the best quality stock and deliver it to your door.

Level Two

Covering all aspects from Design / Landscaping ideas, Garden Maintenance & Health, materials to use & where to source, etc

Delving Deeper
Level Two - Delving Deeper is for those who are having trouble in a broader sense. Whether it’s needing design ideas for your small space, what materials are best, how to welcome more wildlife or there is an overall health issue with your garden we cover it all.
Please remember to choose one topic within this consultation so we can best help you address your issues and get you moving forward.

Following Up
Level Three - Following Up - Includes everything from level two plus more.
Once you’ve implemented our suggestions from level two we then follow up with you to see how things are progressing and if you have any further questions we can help you with.
This level helps assure you there is that extra bit of help at the end to make sure you are on the right track.

Your Charities
Warrior 4 Wildlife
Are simply that, Warriors! Providing rescue and transport to sick, injured, orphaned or displaced wildlife, this organisation is there to deliver these critters to where they have the best chance of survival.
Whilst fulfilling the needs above they also set out to help educate the public and provide support to all registered wildlife shelters and carers throughout Victoria with essential daily supplies and specialised equipment needed to care for our native wildlife.
A necessary charity that help fulfil a crucial link in the chain of Wildlife care.

Vets For Compassion
Are a unique organisation where qualified trained Veterinarians team up with other skilled individuals in their fields to deliver help to sick or injured Wildlife and Animals.
Providing urgent veterinary care on the ground, these volunteers work tirelessly to give animals the chance they would not otherwise receive.
Not only are they performing miracles, their efforts go far beyond that of Veterinarian care.
